How to Clear your Cache

On most desktop/laptop browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge), you can clear your cache by simultaneously pressing:

  • Windows: Ctrl + Shift + Delete
  • Mac: Command + Shift + Delete

This shortcut usually opens the "Clear browsing data" menu directly, where the user can select "Cached images and files" and choose a time range to clear."

For the January and April 2026 RC meetings, because a new application requires a site visit, both the application and the Accreditation Field Representative’s Site Visit Report verifying/clarifying the application must be received by the Review Committee staff by the agenda closing date.

January 2026 RC submission deadline for New Applications: July 11,2025.

April 2026 RC submission deadline for New Applications: October 10, 2025.

August 2026 RC submission deadline for New Applications: February 6, 2026.

For the August 2026 RC Meetings, permanent complement increase requests reviewed at this meeting. Program accreditation reviews and other requests included at the Review Committee's discretion.
